It has become, for many, a way of life - a celebration of vitality and physical well-being in a setting that enhances a holistic concept of fitness for mind, body and spirit. People of all ages, shapes and sizes, all levels of ability - Olympic athletes to octogenarians - enjoy the health benefits this facility offers. It was planned that way. The Hills Fitness Center came off the drawing board to embrace the diversity of goals, interests and physical capabilities. It is a warm, natural environment integrating indoor and outdoor recreation and fitness activity centers on an eleven acre campus.
