Our goal at The Hills Health Club & Wellness Center is to promote the participation and enjoyment of lifetime physical activities with children instead of simply adapting adult fitness programs to children. This philosophy encourages the development of healthy, active past times that will help a child stay healthy into adulthood.

Youth Strength & Fitness Training

Specially designed for boys and girls ages 10 to 17, this program is ideal for both staying in shape and preparing for athletic/sports programs. Led by experienced & certified personal trainers. For all fitness levels.  

Youth Endurance

Youth Swim Lessons

Learn to swim or improve your swimming skills at The Hills! Class options are offered for children of all ages. Group and private lessons are available. Pick up the swim lesson schedule at the Flyer Information Center.
