All classes can be modified for higher or lower intensity. Pace yourself and have fun!!!

Studio Cycling Class Descriptions

Spin Class

This spin class will get your blood pumping and your mind racing. Join us for an intense hour of spinning. Instructors will help you monitor your heart rate to ensure you are working out in the correct heart rate range along with pushing you to the appropriate limit to receive gains.

Power Cycling

A fun, low-impact cardiovascular workout for all fitness levels. All classes can be modified for higher or lower intensity. Pace yourself and have fun. You choose the challenge!

Ultra Cycling

Whether you’re in training for a cycling event or triathlon, or just want a longer class to burn more calories, join us on Sundays for a 75 minute class. Can’t stay the whole time? No problem! Just make sure you cool down and stretch before you leave.

Pedal & Pump

This class takes you on some incredible rides with visualization techniques. Lots of hills and winding through mountain single tracks! Combine that with a killer core and upper body workout or maybe a run in the woods for an all around good time!
