
Our group exercise programs are just the thing for individuals who prefer variety in their cardio workouts and enjoy being active with groups of other people. All classes can be modified to higher or lower intensity and impact. Please see the Group Fitness Schedule for daily scheduling information.
Anything Goes
Just as the name implies, you will find yourself challenged to do anything from step, muscle conditioning, interval work, ball stabilization core work, running, inside and outside the gym. Never a dull moment in this workout!
Outdoor Cross Training
Fast paced, intense outdoor cross training class. Over the river and through the woods, this class offers 45 minutes of NON-STOP movement through an action-packed obstacle course giving your body a complete and thorough workout, including amazing core work! Camaraderie and friendly competition give you energy for the entire day! This class was developed from a mountain boot camp. Meets outside at the ropes course (meets in group fitness room in bad weather). Intermediate/Advanced.
Cardio & Core
Great music sets the tone for this low-impact workout. Come prepared for fun-packed themes from Latin to Beach. Muscle conditioning using weights, bars, or bands. Pilates type moves and/or Gliding Discs build abdominal strength. Class concludes with stretching. All levels.
Boot Camp Extreme
This class will make you feel like a kid again and get you in terrific shape. Jump rope, circuit training, step, hi/low movements, partner drill, deep core, play with toys, challenge yourself and sweat, sweat, sweat. All levels.
Interval Cardio Sculpt
This class is 45 minutes of high-intensity interval training followed by 10 minutes of core work. The class combines strength training exercises and interval cardio exercises using the Steps, jump ropes, Bosus, and Dumbbells. This mixture and varied use of equipment will keep your interest and keep you moving. Interval training is proven to be one of the best methods for fat loss, and also improving one's cardiovascular and respiratory systems.
Circuit
Routines include circuit, outdoor walking, gentle aerobics, sculpting with weights, bands & chi balls, and working with stability toys. Feel younger, increase balance and range of motion. This class will build camaraderie and is great for Seniors, beginners, intermediate and for all stages of pregnancy.
Muscle
This class offers light weights with high reps in a continuous flow. Lower body work includes lunges, gliding, resistance balls and body bars.
Steppin Up
This high energy class may include traditional step, interval style step, drills in the gym, muscle strength drills, and interesting choreography. You may use body bars, resistance bands, fitballs, and hand weights. Abdominals and flexibility wrap up a wonderful total body workout full of fun and variety. All levels.
Cardio Central
Start your Saturday off more energized with this 75 minute cardio combination class. Be ready to move, step, dance, jump all the way through class.
Core & More
If you are not quite ready for the cycling part, join us for this second half of the class. Part of Pedal & Pump, this last 20 minutes is a combination of upper/lower body sculpting moves with core work. Short, sweet, and to the point!
Salsa-n-Sweat!
Fun calorie burning that’s great for abdominals and core. Includes drills, lunges, and various cardio conditioning moves along with sizzlin' HiLo. You’ll be energized and work every muscle in your body to the hot beat of music!
Zumba
Zumba is a Latin-inspired dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin and International music and dance movements to create an exciting and effective fitness program! You do not have to know how to dance to succeed at Zumba! The cardio-based dance movements are easy to follow steps that incorporate body sculpting. Bring a friend and join the party!
Pre-Pilates
This is just a taste of what Pilates is! It’s fun, yet challenging. A combination of ballet, modern dance, yoga, and Pilates to produce a whole body workout. You will have increased energy, strength, and flexibility.
Pilates Strength Fusion
This mighty mat workout focuses on abdominal work while integrating the mind body to build lean, graceful strength. Weights, bands, stability balls, and/or other tools may be used to enhance the challenge.
