Anything Goes*
This far from monotonous workout will challenge every major muscle group to help melt fat, increase lean muscle mass and burn mega calories in a fun, yet effectively challenging way! (75 Minutes)

Beginner Pilates
Carefully guided through the original techniques used by Joseph Pilates, learn the classical sequence of mat Pilates to develop core strength, breath control and a sense of ebullience. (45 Minutes)

Boot Camp Extreme*
Challenge your mind and body beyond self-imposed limits through mixed strength and cardio work, intervals and plyometrics, cross training, partner drills and much more! (60 Minutes)

Cardio & Core
Great music sets the tone for the first half of this low-impact aerobic dance class. Then, pick up some weights for muscle conditioning and stretching exercises to create a balanced workout. (60 Minutes)

Cardio Challenge
Start your Saturday with this highly energizing cardio class and be ready to jump, step, dance and move all the way through this heart-pumping, non-stop, action-packed class. (75 Minutes)

Circuit
Alternate between cardiorespiratory activities and strength training exercises that target the entire body to improve cardiovascular endurance, increase muscular strength and endurance in an efficient, yet effective manner. (40 Minutes)

Muscle
Train for muscle endurance via lighter weights and higher repetitions in a continuous manner. (60 Minutes)

Pilates Strength Fusion
This mighty mat workout focuses on core work while integrating the mind and body to build lean, graceful, full body strength. Weights, stability balls and other equipment may be incorporated. (40 Minutes)

Salsa & Sweat
Whittle away your waistline and say "adios" to calories with fun fitness dancing and other cardio conditioning moves while you groove to the hot, energetic beat of the music! (40 Minutes)

Senior Circuit
Improve your ability to manage activities of daily living through the benefits of strength training and cardiorespiratory exercise to increase health health, bone density and balance. (40 Minutes)

This high-intensity, high-impact class incorporates upper body strength training exercises with lower body step intervals sure to shape and tone the entire body for a fun-filled workout. (60 Minutes)

The class concentrates on functional strength training exercises combined with aerobic bursts of activity to create a stronger mind and body in a fun, yet challenging environment. (60 Minutes)

Sweat Shack
Effectively burn massive calories by pushing past barriers while adhering to proper form and technique. It’s personal training in a fun, energy-packed, group atmosphere! (45 Minutes)

Zumba®
Featuring exotic dance rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats, participants quickly forget it’s exercise in this effectively exhilarating fitness dance party. (60 Minutes)

Zumba® Toning
When it comes to body sculpting, Zumba® Toning raises the bar (or rather toning sticks) combining strength exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused dance moves to create a fitness dance party!  (80 Minutes)
