Lap Swimmers Take Heart

To optimize the most efficient use of our pools, we program various classes and activities in the indoor and the outdoor pool areas. We avoid scheduling simultaneous activities so that one pool may be available for lap swimmers at all times. Our swim coaches encourage all lap swimmers to inquire about swimming tips anytime you see them around the pool. Come on down and let them assist you in providing that extra motivation and encouragement to keep you swimming like a fish! In the event of a special program, we will post a notice two weeks prior to a change in schedule. image

Water Aerobics Classes

Invigorating for all ages and abilities.  The water's resistance will increase your strength, the buoyancy will decrease impact on your joints, and the energy used will burn the calories!  Stretching, strengthening and aerobic phases are included.  Everyone enjoys this workout as they work at their own pace.  For more information, contact Terri Mitchell at 415-0678.  Join us in the indoor pool!  Monday through Friday 9:30-10:30am; Saturday 9:00-10:00am; Tuesdays  5:40-6:30pm.  Thursdays 5:40-6:30pm will resume April 1st.
