Jon Dollar-Dynamic Yoga
The Dynamic Yoga Training Method is a methodology based on the biomechanical principles of the human design in all of its depths and subtleties. It focuses on the inherent dynamics of integrity by activating the body as an indivisible whole, which opens each joint symmetrically so that the body is freed from all tension. In Dynamic Yoga the grace of Iyengar alignment is there to be seen, while at the same time the continuity of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga is present. Each are accompanied by the step by step progression of vinyasakrama, so fundamental to Vinniyoga. All of this generates a fluid, integrated practice based on the inherent intelligence of the body-mind that expresses itself continuously through sensation. Dynamic yoga is extremely safe and suitable for all levels of practice.
